Summer Lee Jack
Summer Lee Jack is a Brooklyn based costume designer. Recent design credits include: La Boheme, The Wedding, the Beatrice and Benedict, Roméo et Juliette, The Classical Style, The Cows of Apollo, and Così fantutte, Carmen, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Eugene Onegin at Aspen Opera Center with the Aspen Music Festival and School. Otello with the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra, and BYSO’s Cenerentola at Boston Symphony Orchestra. Die Zauberflöte, Das Land des Lächelns. Le Roi l’a Dit, La Doriclea and A Little Night Music at Manhattan School of Music. Die Verschworenen/Die Winterreise at Hofstra Opera Theater, Don Pasquale with Venture Opera, and Seven Deadly Sins with Heartbeat Opera. Passion Play and Enemy of the People at the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School, My Lord, What a Night! at Premiere Stages Kean University. Summer is a proud member to be a member of United Scenic Artists Local 829. Her undergraduate degree is in Scenography from Arizona State University, and has her MFA in Design from the Yale School of Drama. She has guest lectured in Costume History at Washington College, and Fordham University. She also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Lafayette University in Easton, PA.
