Wingspace focuses on advocacy and community through the lens of theatrical design, direction and dramaturgy. We’d love to hear from anyone who wants to play an active role in the organization and the larger theatrical design community.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
We’d love to hear from folks who:
Are theatrical designers, directors or dramaturgs
Have a genuine interest in active membership in Wingspace
Demonstrate a serious interest in working with community-led initiatives or advocacy work.
Enrich the diversity of perspectives, specialties, backgrounds, training, and focus within Wingspace.
Have a deep-seated belief in, and practice of, consent culture.
Wingspace is dedicated to the goal of building a culturally diverse and pluralistic theater community and therefore strongly encourages applications from women, Black people, Indigenous people, People of Color, LQBTQIA+ people and individuals with disabilities.

WHEN TO APPLY
We welcome new member applications at any time. Applications will be reviewed in the fall each year.
Our next application review process will begin October 18th, 2022. All applications received after that date will be reviewed fall of 2023. Thank you for your patience!
